Some common conditions which my work and experience is suited for include but is not limited to:

  • Rotator Cuff injuries

  • Low Back pain

  • Sciatica pain

  • Muscle Strains from sports or other activities

  • Scar Tissue related impairments (post surgery or post injury)

  • Sleep disturbances

  • Stress relief

  • Loss or Decreased Range of Motion

  • Tight neck, shoulders or back for no apparent resason

  • Postural Imbalances

  • Pain or restriction upon moving

Many of the above injuries or issues may arise from intense activity in a sport such as tennis, golf, running, equestrian, and others, or from repetitive movements or retrictive postures such as sitting at a computer or driving, carrying items on a shoulder and more. Sometimes we can find ourselves in pain upon waking up or simply bending over or reaching up for an item on a shelf. Others may result from long and/or intense work hours, challenging relationship issues, significant loss of a loved one, or juggling the seemingly ever-expanding demands of work, travel, family, finances, and oh yea, ourselves.
