These modalities are integrated into the massage session based on your specific needs and my assessment. If you desire a massage focused on one or two of these modalities, we can certainly do that. Your needs are always the most important consideration. If my plan and techniques for the massage do not agree with you for any reason, I will change my plan and techniques. CranioSacral Therapy is a hands-on technique, utilizing, for the most part, a very light touch. This subtle therapy can have profound therapeutic effects by facilitating the release of tension and obstruction in the deep connective tissue (fascia) layers in the body. This therapy is conducted with the client fully clothed and generally takes about 60-70 minutes. At minimum, the vast majority of people receiving this therapy experience a unique and profound quality of relaxation.

Reiki Therapy is a hands-off technique that is purely energetic by nature. Universal Life Force Energy, (Ki or Chi), creates and maintains physical, emotional and mental health and balance in body and mind. The Reiki practitioner facilitates the introduction of this energy which restores and maintains a balanced and healthy body and spirit.
